Position Details
For all positions, here's what we're looking for:
Required Qualifications
- Clean driving record, a CDL is a plus (you'll be heading to job sites)
- Good attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow safety rules - no shortcuts
- Basic math skills for measurements and layout
- Must pass drug screening and background check
Key Responsibilities
- Show up ready to work at 7 AM
- Follow project plans and specs
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Work well with teammates
- Communicate clearly with customers
- Take pride in quality work
Experience Requirements
- Leaders: 5+ years in hardscaping/masonry
- Crew Members: Will train the right person
- Equipment Operators: 3+ years running machine
Physical Requirements
- Lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Work outside in all weather
- Stand, kneel, and bend throughout the day
- Handle physical labor for full workday
- Good hand-eye coordination
Licensing
- Valid driver's license required
- CDL preferred for certain roles
- Industry certifications a plus
