Professional Landscaping & Masonry Process
The owner is hands on with every project and personally scopes out your landscape design, hardscape, masonry, deck construction, retaining wall, outdoor lighting, or excavating project.
During this consultation, you will discuss your project ideas and visions, and determine if having a professional design drawn up would be of benefit to your final project. If it is decided to have a design completed, you will then sign a design agreement and schedule a design consultation with one of Gibraltar Masonry and Landscaping designers.
The project site will then be discussed along with the following:
• Project features
• Material preferences
• Budget
• Scope of work
• Phases of work
• Landscaping
The designer will then come up with a landscape design concept which will be presented to the property owner. We will go over the layout and locations and any revisions would be made at this time. The designer will then make the necessary changes and the final rendering will be presented along with pricing.
